I will NEVER step foot in one of these stores ever again... After being hung up on by 1 "customer service" associate and given "lip service" by 8 others, I FINALLY was transferred to a live person. Before that, I was told, by 7 different people that I couldn't talk to a customer service rep because I didn't have the RedCard in front of me... I asked why a Target shopper could not make a complaint as "a target shopper" instead of as a "Red Card holder"... After TEN phone calls, I speak with a "customer service supervisor" who basically gives me the same "cue card" answers about being "sorry", "I understand", "we do care about our customers", but STILL could not fully help me because I couldn't provide my wife's Red Card number... This company does NOT treat their customers like they should and do not deserve any patronage... A former target shopper!!
