I bought a Groupon a few months ago for a 3 course meal for 2 people at Reisi's Bites in Melville, Johannesburg.
When I tried to redeem the Groupon, the restaurant informed me that the Groupon has been cancelled, as Groupon did not deliver what was promised.
I have sent countless messages to Groupon regarding a refund, but no reply. Looking at Groupon's Facebook page it is clear that I am not the only person experiencing a poor level of customer service from Groupon.
I would like to be refunded asap, I don't want a Groupon credit voucher, I want the credit card used for the purchase to be refunded as I doubt that I will make use of Groupon's services again.
