I recently applied for a Groupon I bought for Kodak photos. I sent proof of my Groupon along with a USB stick to Kodak. Weeks later still no response. I then contacted Groupon, who advised they would look into and let me know. Another email Groupon advise they will give me a refund - I wasn't after a refund, I wanted the photos I had ordered as well as my USB! Instead i get no response from Groupon as to why I can't have the photos and instead they issue a refund - which a month later I am still waiting for. I am still fighting the case with groupon and 21 emails later and I am still no better off - they might be arranging the refund but they are not arranging for the USB stick to come back to me. Kodak never pick up their phones and when i spoke to someone there they had no idea what i was talking about and could not help!
Groupon and Kodak combined are a disaster! It will be a miracle if i get my refund and my USB
