Ignoring facts of payments, false allegations...

I have sent Regus cust service an urgent response already - but lets hope i get a response this time. Staff, acting in corrupt and suspicious way by mistreating, lying as well as seriously falsely digging up allegations regarding Physica Inv account payments been outstanding (which has been an ongoing matter since date of signed contract - a year ago), but every time it is proved to regus centurion - that account is up to date; they accept, apologies, but 2 or 3 months later its the same story) I believe Regus centurion are deliberately (after a 12 month contract) stating an outstanding account, and ignoring factual proof of payments as well as their wrong doing - in order to not pay back the deposit and retainer fee (as this was put to me in a email from them, that as an option to settle Regus, Centurion account manager can't even explain their obscure and false outstanding payments!!! - I have proof of payment for every single invoice, yet this matter has time and time again being ignored. Each time its a different allegations from Elizabeth (whom is not even from Centurion branch). I need a clear response from a senior person -ASAP
