Complaint / review text:
I purchased 2 entries to Undercover millionaires event. When I booked I got an email response from them to confirm my booking. When I queried if this was in center CBD I have not yet received any feedback. 4 emails sent and still nothing. This looks like a to me as Groupon already paid them. The event is in August, why pay them now, why did they redeem the voucher now?
I cant got to CBD on a Saturday, this is not a safe venue hence wanting to cancel after finding out where it was after purchase.
I want a refund and the call center mails me and tells me that because the ticket has already been redeemed they cant refund me and sorry for the inconvenience.
I want my refund immediately.
This is nonsense
