Pathetic Service daylight

I have been querying a refund for the last 3 months and still nothing has happened I have been contacted by a few from this hole who over promise and under deliver. Received great service from Sibulele regarding a refund from Groupon. She was efficient and processed the refund while on the line! The supplier messed my order by sending a defective camera with missing accessories which was totally unacceptable. Not to mention that it was almost two weeks late!!! Big ups Groupon!!! ...

Shocking experience

I bought a voucher and could not reach the supplier. On trying to cancel the voucher with Groupon, they refused to refund me and threw the CPA at me.
