Just want to let someone know that this female manager... I believe Christine... Needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers and learn compassion. She seems to make comments that are not needed - most ok to give advice but learn how to give it without making the customer feel worse. She was being sarcastic. I'm not the type who complains but this lady twice on 2 different occasions had shown No compassion. She's in the wrong business. I felt like I was being chastised. The young man however running the register has awesome customer service skills and made me feel at ease.
