I've been trying for 3 days to do a simple online order to take advantage of their online sales. Every time I tried, after dozens of pop-ups asking me to give away my friends' emails, I got an error message stating that my credit card information did not agree to my address information and that I should contact my credit card company to ask how I should put it in. "Chat" is always a waste of time because the "person" takes forever to try & understand what's going on. I called their online directly (after 5 minutes on hold waiting for someone) and the stupid rep went throughout my entire order, line by line and then at the end would not give me the same discounts as I would have gotten had my online order gone through without their glitch. I gave up after 3 days!!!
