Complaint / review text:
I purchased a Yorkie for $1,100. The store gave me a contract saying the puppy had no known illness; congenital or hereditary problems. The dog has liver disease and will die. The store refused to pay any medical bills, and refused to do anything. After doing my research, I found out that the Puppy Boutique and owner Stuart are NOT breeders. They buy all the puppies from puppy mills. All the puppies in the store have illnesses and diseases. Most people who have purchased a puppy from Stuart and the Puppy Boutique has lost their puppies with a few months.

Do NOT buy any puppies from this store. Go to your local pet store, and buy a healthy puppy. All the puppies for sale in the Puppy Boutique (8002 17th Street, Brooklyn are all sick puppies) will eventually die. That is why the price tag is less. You will spend a fortune on medical bills within two weeks of your purchase, and you will not be able to recoup money from Stuart. If there is anyone out there that has experienced this, you can take Stuart and the Puppy Boutique to the small claims court. You can Google, “Staten Island Woman Sues Puppy Boutique”.
