Complaint / review text:
My wife and I are in our 70th years and trying to get by on the pension, So when I found a web site where we could buy dog food and tick collars with postage, less than any available locally we ordered.
The money was taken out of our credit card account, but time passed and no post. Tried ringing but all you get most time is a answering machine, then when I did get Greg he said it was the post fault and he would look into it and get back. That never happened. So we had to miss out on things for ourselves to be able to buy food for the dogs locally. Not wanting the food now I tried ringing to get my money back, same thing lots of answering machine, but finally Greg who said he would refund to our credit card but this would take a few days. A week has gone by no refund.
How can he get so low as to taking money from two aged invalid people, and not do the right thing, a television current affair program should warn others of this low life.
How do we get our money back not counting all the phone calls, and hardship?
We have since writing the complaint received a refund of our money.
But that does not make up for all the stress and phone calls.
