The worst possible on-line experience. Avoid this company.
We did not receive product (later found out it is not even in stock). Made many phone calls, and disconnected numerous times. Great difficulty in cancelling order and getting credit card refund via phone and email. We are forced to contact credit card service for help.
Still unresolved.
Started with trouble ordering on-line. Called to place order. Operator made order, then cancelled that and made new order/invoice. The first order was charged on my credit card.
Could go on and on with the missteps and poor communication. No one takes responsibility to resolve issues.
