I placed an online order on June 24,2013 and received confirmation. I also received two email messages that my order was in process and that the items would be shipped in 5 to 7 days. On June 27,2013, I was informed that my order was unilaterally cancelled by Petco. I received this information only after I contacted Petco.com for my order status. I never received an email that the order was cancelled. I suppose that Petco.com expected me to forget that I had placed the order. This was my second online order with Petco.com, and the second time the order process ended badly for me. I suggest that customers stay away, or you'll be disappointed as I have been.
