I ordered the 5000 series containment unit with two rechargable collars on April 9 2004 to use for my two dogs at our new house. I installed the unit and after about two weeks one of the collars wouldnt work at all. So I sent them the collar back for a replacement. Two weeks after that I still hadn't recieved the replacment collar and then the unit would not work. I sent them emails and continuously called them to find out what was going on. They do not answer their messages or emails ever. After about another two weeks of calling I finally reached a real human to talk to. They told me the collar was on back order and that they would send it out with in 3 days along with a new unit and a second collar since it too went bad. Two weeks later I realize they had sent it to the wrong address even though I gave them the new address, and it wasnt there anymore since it is an empty house. They corrected this matter and resent me another unit.
In the mean time because of their failures it had been past 60 days since I had recieved the original unit. There is more... I finally get the new unit but with only one collar. They sent me a 7000 series though. That one too proved to not be of good working order. It seems it shocks my dog when ever he goes near other electrical items such as the TV and the cordless phone. And as far as working outside where it should be... It only worked intermittantly. I called them about that. It took me two weeks to realize how I might get ahold of an employee, I just typed in random extention numbers until someone answered. When I told that employes about the problem of the TV and other items setting off the shocking collar they told me they were aware of that problem and were working on it. They said they would send me two more collars. I checked with them if they had my address correct and they did, but yet they did still end up sending it to the empty house once again. For me that was the final straw and I asked for my money back which of course they refused saying that it was past the 60 days. It never would have been past the 60 days if they had answered my emails and phone messages. They have bad business responce and a very bad product that they will not take responcibility for.
