Complaint / review text:
I had placed an order on Ulta and somewhere along the lines they or UPS messed up and I never received the items. The first person I talked to at "guest services" was rude and dismissive telling me I needed to call UPS to see what happened.
Excuse me? I work in a call center too so I know exactly what happened. You call them. That's the reason I am calling YOU!
Then the second person I talked to put me on a supervisor call back because they are all too busy to talk to me now. Later I call again because I got an email for an electronic gift card. I tell them I don't want a gift card since the items that I actually wanted are not as good as I thought after going into the store and using them. They told me that since I didn't get my package and it was under $65 I HAD to have a gift card.
I asked and prided about who I needed to talk to for my money to get back to my card. The agent put me on what I thought was a hold but ended up transferring me directly to a supervisor who go honestly should never work in customer service. Neither of us knew we were being connected and then she told me that it's somehow MY fault the package is missing. When I asked to speak to her supervisor because of how incompetent she was she told me that I couldn't speak to corporate because they would refuse to talk to me about this since it isn't worth their time.
I called her supervisor anyways and had to leave him a voicemail and guess what? No answer a week later.in the mean time I called again to complain and they put me on the list.
Last time they did that it took them 3 days to respond and they admitted it shouldn't have. I still have a $50 e-gift card I will never use to a company who has the most awful customer service EVER.
