I made an order on Dec 4th, and noticed that I never received a tracking number, I called Ulta customer Service and they also gave that crap about Black Friday/Cyber Monday. I requested a refund and was told I could not get one due to my order already being sent to their warehouse, however the CSR that I sopke with said that I could call my card company and reverse the transaction which I did, I even went as far as canceling the card I used, that of course did not work and now I have a transaction for Ulta along with an overdraft fee for merchandise I no longer want nor have received. This was my first and last time making an Ulta purchase. I'll definitely stick with Sephora from now on.
