Ulta's extremely shady business practices: they charged me nearly $200 for product I didn't purchase -

I've tried to make a purchase on numerous times over the past week (at least 10 times), but every time it said that my credit card couldn't be processed. I know that's not true, as I tried 3 different credit cards and my Paypal account, and each time it was declined. Imagine my surprise when I checked my credit card account and found two pending charges to! I called Ulta's customer service (if you can even call it that) and spoke to an incompetent employee and her supervisor, both of who told me that nothing has been processed and I should contact my credit card company to refute the charges. Luckily I have an amazing credit card (American Express), and they're taking care of both charges. However, I will NEVER again shop at Ulta or I've been a loyal Sephora shopper with VIB status, but Ulta had a product that I couldn't find at Sephora. I've learned my lesson the hard way and urge others to boycott Ulta if they've had bad service as well.
