I'm pissed beyond belief. I've had my engagement ring for 9 years.
I've never had a probalem in the past always took it in for the six month service. Now for the their time in the past four months I have to turn my ring in to get repaired because the prongs consistently break. Why??? I haven't changed jobs in fact my work load has gotten easier why won't my prongs stay in place?
Shoddy workmanship is all I can say. When my prong broke last time they attempted to charge me an additional $200 to set the stone because it wasn't covered in the warranty. NO! Pay to fix your own work.
After getting frustrated on the phone I finally hear they will fix my ring without charging me and I will receive it a week later. Why do I have to get frustrated and yell?
Why can't they just do the proper work in the first place. Be careful they will try to get every penny out of you.
