Complaint / review text:
I went into a Sephora store about a week ago, the greeter did not greet me, I was actively looking for over $75 in specific products, after 15 minutes in the store (which was totally empty by the way) I finally had to ask, since apparently no Sephora employee could see me looking all over the store for some products. I literally had 7 employees pass me without asking even if I needed help, I called corporate and received an email from the store manager who I spoke with on the phone, she promised me that they'd make this up to me with some perks which she explained on the phone and she'd call me the next morning to confirm a time for me to come in. It's now 4 days later and I haven't heard a word, I do not feel like a valued customer and the reason that I used to go to Sephora wasn't because of pricing is was the personalized expierence. I'm honestly in shock, but Sephora has just lost a customer for life, there are plenty of places I can buy my makeup and not be treated like I'm worthless.
