Complaint / review text:
My mother ordered the product thinking it was a free trial and only had to pay shipping charges. Couple weeks later she noticed she was charged over $400 on her credit card.
The invoice said we have 30 days to return for full refund. We contact the company and was confirmed we were eligible for a refund if we sent the product back. We sent the product back and they received it a month ago. Still no refund.
We followed up, they gave some pre-scripted answer which made no sense. We followed up the next day and they said we can't get a refund since the product was not in its original condition. Lies! We sent the product back unused in the product box.
We never even opened the product box. We even sent it back in the same shipping box that they used to ship to us.
Everything was ORIGINAL!!! SO now we gave them back the product and we also lost our money!
