Complaint / review text:
My relative ordered this with my card without my permission one weekend and i called that day and left a message explaining the incident (which was a day they werent open) and canceled my membership which they did. But a few days later they send me it anyways.
I used none of it. I cant use any of it because of my skin sensitivity Not worth switching makeup. I called for a rma 3 times and got no response and did the thing online to which i did get the number but it was sent back because its not a return to sender simple shipping. You send it to a different place.
I dont know why im going through this if i canceled before it shipped. They werent even open that day!!!
