I've always purchased jewelry from Zales along with the lifetime warranty. I lost a diamond in my ring and took it in to get it replaced and now they're telling me they cannot find my information in their system.
A bunch of BULL!!!
The rep says they needed an address or phone number which was used at the time of purchase which was provided and still they're telling me my information does not exist... I am very disappointed that I cannot get the service due to me as I've spent thousands of dollars with this store... NEVER again!!!
