I trusted Facebook to not run a fraudulent ad like this. I was overdrawn at the bank and when I called the phone numbers of these two outfits, they were "out of service!
Is there a class action suit against Stemologica and/or Orde Beaute? Can my credit be messed up from overdraft due to this FALSE ADVERTISING claiming that they are sending "a sample, " then sending such a small amount that one mistakes it for a sample!
Is it the responsibility of my bank to help me? How can I find out?
Also—can someone point me to a way to see the ACTUAL CHECKOUT form, so I can see if there was fine print that would make any difference.

I guess you can say my issue is resolved. They kept sending me emails that didn't relate to my emails.
Finally, I agreed to accept $100 as a refund, in return for promising not to pursue any further action. But..
. They only sent $50!
I am still interested in a class action suit, if anyone decides to start one.
