I ordered the "FREE" sample - I didn't see the fine print. Never saw that I had to cancel "membership" within 14 days.
When I saw the charge of $84.98 - I called and complained and was immediately offered a 60% credit. Actually received credit yesterday - one day after my call to complain. I wish I had checked for complaints before I requested free sample. Now that I see that I wasn't the only person who didn't know about the 14 day cancellation - I think I should have received a 100% credit.
Apparently the only method of sending them a complaint is calling customer service.
I will send complaint to the email listed for Puerto Rico. But I'm still looking for a mail address.
