Complaint / review text:
I was automatically charged for this product because I did not cancel within the 14 days. I believe this is illegal in Canada but difficult to manage through the process and likely expensive but I am going to try. Their customer support said I have NO option and would have to pay for the first (and very expensive) shipment. I was actually applying for these FREE products for a Xmas contribution to women's shelters that we are doing annually. Sigh
