Did the 24 day challenge over 3 times. Each time i lost 8-10 pounds in 20 days to 24 days.
I already eat healthy but only twice a day. This challenge made me eat smaller portions and be satisfied with what i eat. If you follow it correctly you will see results, the price is a little high but definitely worth it.
When i stopped after 24 days i started to work out at least twice a week to maintain and kept the eating schedules, kept the weight off and my first time doing this challenge was 3 years ago. Its not something i would recommend doing all the time, but i highly recommend doing this challenge once a year like i do because for me it works and its well worth it
