Complaint / review text:
I have so many complaints I don't know where to start. First, I drove 30 minutes to Key West to my hair appt.
On my way I received a phone call that my appointment was changing to a different day and time. I asked if they had done the Coppola Keratin treatments. I was told yes, they even have stylists that specialize in the treatment. I was told emphatically to have the straightening treatment FIRST and then the color.
I have ALWAYS had the color and straightening treatment the same day, color first. They then told me I would have to come back 3 days later for the color. The Keratin WAS NOT Coppola. It only took the stylist 1.5 hours, (normally it takes about 3), and my hair was NO DIFFERENT!
I fell ripped off, my hair is still frizzy. I went back for them to redo it and I was told I just needed a replenishing conditioner. I went in, (they tried to change my appt again) my hair is still frizzy. I asked for a hair cut (60 dollars later) hoping that would make my hair look better.
The cut was awful. While getting out of the chair I noticed it was totally uneven. I asked her to even it out. The managers do not know what they are doing, and the color specialist doesnt have ANY idea what he is talking about.
The manager could have cared less. I have been to many salons and this was by far the WORST cutand Coppola treatment I have EVER received. They make you believe you are getting the best in the industry, trust me. They are a joke. If you want the straightening treatment DO NOT wast your 300 dollars here.
They do not know how to do it correctly.
I am out of money and hair is awful. They could care less. Thats ok, the internet has a way of getting the truth out to people and it DOES affect business!!
