I made an online inquiry months ago and calls began immediately (on same day, same hour). I called Thermo Spas and requested that they remove my number from their call list and although the agent stated that he removed me from the list, I've continued to get their calls.
I finally called a second time and informed the agent who got my call that I previously requested to be removed and although I was led to believe that I was removed from the call list, calls continued. The agent took my information again and stated that he would give everything to his supervisor who is responsible for updating the call list. To date, there's been no change and their calls have continued with a vengeance.
I have voice mail messages but the caller never actually leaves a message. Sometimes an agent can be heard talking to someone else at their location or there's a cough, someone clearing their throat, etc. When calling, they go into voice mail because they don't hang up but there's never a message.
I finally re-registered my number with the National Do Not Call Registry then followed up by submitting a complaint online through their website. Maybe if there are enough complaints the feds will do something about it.
I'll never use Thermo Spas and I'd never recommend them to anyone especially not after seeing all the customer complaints posted here!
