In October of 2011 We visited Fred Meyer looking to add a band to My Wife's Wedding Ring. Krystal and her Assistant in store that day looked at our ring and strongly suggested that the setting on our ring was worn and needed replaced.
We suggested that we would take our ring back to were we purchased our ring originally but upon our suggestion Krystal said she used to work for our original purchase place and said they would do better for us if we got it done at her store Fred Meyers Jewelers in Gahanna, Ohio. She went so far as to call our original purchase place and confirm they would not take care of the setting as there was no guarantee on settings. So while we were having the two bands that we purchased we took there advice and had the setting replaced. Krystal said that Fred Meyers Jewelers Guaranteed there settings and the diamonds they set.
So now it has been less than Four Months (February of 2012) and not even time to have the setting checked for there guarantee and our Diamond has fallen out of there setting and Krystal and her store backed by Corporate has Reneged on Fred Meyer Jewelers Guarantee because Krystal and her store in Gahanna, Ohio misrepresented Corporate.
So to kick us in our Teeth Krystal had Corporate call my wife on Valentine's Day and say Tough Luck. Well GOD Bless You Fred Meyers Jewelers.
