My fiancé purchased an engagement ring for me from Zales about 2 1/2 yrs ago, within that time period the diamonds have fallen out of the ring about 3 times. After that, Zales gave me another ring, lo and behold, after taking the ring in to be cleaned at Zales a diamond fell out of that ring.
I got the ring inspected and it was promised back to me about 1 1/2 wks later. Well, almost 3 wks went by, I didn't receive a call, so I called Zales. When I went to pick up my ring, there were two workers in the store conducting business with customers. I actually waited in the store and was totally ignored, common courtesy is to at least say "Someone will be with you shortly".
This has happened on more than one occasion. I believe all Zale workers should receive customer service training.
