I bought online item 17810466 on zalesoutlet.com, says it is 14K white gold. Once purchased, I received an order confirmation in my email confirming it as 14K white gold, but when I received my shipment confirmation it now states 10K white gold. Not only that, but the online page also states it is "an online exclusive item" but the exact same piece was in my local store, also supposedly 10K white gold.
*Since I still have the conflicting emails and screen shots of the website where it repeatedly states 14K, I am very much interested in a class action lawsuit. If you have experienced a similar situation or bought the same item online please reply!
My local Zales store would not match the online price. Also, they did not verify that my order was complete when it was delivered - I asked for gift wrapping and a message that said "Congratulations!" and neither was included. When I spoke with the store manager, they offered me gift wrapping but said they did not have cards available for a message.
