I just received my order in the mail from Owl Origami. My locket was already missing two rhinestones!
How can they send a card that says they inspected and handled this package with care?!? Now I have to rush to send it back (at my own inconvenience and packaging costs) in hopes of getting a new one. This company is so disappointing. Poor quality of the product, poor quality control, and poor customer service.
I don't understand how a company can sell and distribute damaged products. I will not be ordering any other products from them or recommending Owl Origami.
