I received a LV bracelet from my sister for my wedding last month. It is a nice bracelet but totally not my look.
When she gave it to me she immediately said I could exchange it. After returning from my honeymoon I went to the LV store in Austin Tx at the domain. I had my gift receipt and it had been 1 month and 4 days since it was purchased. The first associate to help me immediately told me NO that it was past the 14days and the grace period they have to return items.
I asked to speak with a manager but she was out to lunch. I came back and hour later and this time the manager was out getting Starbucks. When I returned the 3rd time that day the manager looked at the bracelet and said it was scratched and couldn't be returned. I was lost for words.
I have never even worn the ugly dangle bracelet. So if it was scratched and couldn't be resold that is LVs problem for selling a poorly made bracelet. The manager and associate we beyond rude to me.
I only shop at luxury brands and have never encountered such terrible customer service.
