Complaint / review text:
I bought a bag thru MyDeal last 2 months and the item suppose to be delivered by 30th June. But till today, I have yet to receive my item and when i called them, I received the same answer which they have forwarded this report to their logistic and revert to me within 2 days.
Waiting for their called for more than 2 weeks, I call them again and I received the same answer but this time I insist to know what happen, the CS people told me that the item is missing in their logistic. I insist for a refund, but they still ask me to wait till their logistic people update them on the status. WTH?
Now i have to keep on following up.& not sure if we can receive my money back.
