No understanding - no support

I've been trying on and off for at least 3 times this month already to open a gold value bundle at Absa without any success,

The first application was through the call center which advised me that I can't get an account because I am still under debt review,

THIS IS FALSE BECAUSE, I did submit my 17.4 form to them as PROOF that I am off from debt review, but then I was informed to go into my local branch to try there.

I went in and sat down with the sales consultant with all documentation and the application was done again with the same result,

I literally phoned and confirmed with all 5 major credit bureaus that I'm off debt review and received my credit reports from them namely TransUnion, Compuscan, XDS, CPB and Experian, I AM CLEAR, NO DEBT REVIEW ANYMORE

Absa phone them and check if you don't believe me!!!

I am off debt review, It's not my fault if your system is outdated and not reflecting the correct information

Now please help me open my gold value bundle cheque account ASAP, the bank costs on this savings account is too high in comparison
