Complaint / review text:
Nedbank and their attorneys (Norton and Lambrianos attorneys) have a flawed system that they use to make money from their clients. I have been contacted by Norton attorneys on behalf of Nedbank for my Nedbank credit card.initially the call was for me to make payment arrangements for my credit card. I paid the amount of R2300.00 as promised in July. Soon thereafter I received an SMS from the attorneys to say that I have failed to abide to my payment arrangement. I called Norton attorneys, only to be told that the message was sent in error and that I should ignore it. I then paid R500 into my credit card on the 06/08/14, which is more than my payment arrangement.instead I get a phone call from a Norton attorney call centre agent to inform me that I have not paid my credit card. I then asked her how that is possible if I made a payment on the 06/08/10. I also asked her if this is a money making by the lawyers as I know that clients are charged for all messages and phone calls made to them from the attorneys. She said I was not giving her a chance to speak and when I asked her to answer 1 simple question she hung up. I am confused as to why I am getting calls if I have paid.
