In a previous report I told how the deducted money from my Cheque account, after the amount they told me was the settlement amount was payed into their account by a car dealer, as per arrangement with Mr Hillis.in more than a year, I've been contacted by Ms Naude, told that they can't give the money back, because my credit card is overdue. Absa deducts money from my cheque account to my credit card, without my permission. I really hate the fact that they can "force you " to pay, but can forget about owing you money... Please be the bank that puts the customer first, as you put it in your email... I'm not in the position to answer the phone in business hours, and won't spend any more time phoning you!
