I have had a Juniper Master Card for a number of years. We started with a low credit limit on the card. As our needs changed in the credit world we increased our credit limit on the card. We were charged a fee each time this was done. We attained the credit limit needed for our family.in October of 2008 Juniper issued a new card for my account, their new Pay plus card. I had not called in to activate the new card. On 12/26/2008 we received an email from Juniper telling us we were at our credit limit. Without any notification Juniper had cut our credit limit to $500.00.
I called customer service was connected to someone speaking broken english, I was informed that because we had not been using the account as much as they wanted us to our credit limit was reduced. We paid for each credit increase to attain the credit level needed. I was informed by customer service they would review my account in 2 or 3 months and that I could start paying for credit increases again if I wanted them. This is a great scam charge to increase your credit cancel the credit then start charging again.
I use this card for both busines and family with the credit set on the card it will not even pay for a week of business travel.
