Complaint / review text:
I took up a funeral policy which I thought it was with metropolitan, however later I discovered it's with momentum. I do not recieve communication from them except for the debit order I received every month. For the past 2 months I have not received a debit order and I sent an email to query about it, but no response has been made. I find it very difficult to communicate with this company, they have no relationship with me and I fear when I need the policy I will not be helped.
