Hello Peter,

I'm completely and utterly understand bank and am considering of closing this account. Being with this account for many years. Since i have changed my account from a Savings account to Cheque account have i constantly been having problems.

The incident that i'm very upset about now is that i purchased nappies on on the 23rd of July 2014. Apparently Standard Bank reserves the funds until Kalahari confirms they got the payment. Only on the 7th of August 2014 did Kalahari confirm they got the payment. At that point did i withdraw my last out my account. Now when i checked my balance and statement is it in a -R424.75.

I'm so because then Standard Bank released the money instead on pulling that amount on hold, now i have to pay a -R424.75 when my salary gets paid in that's including bank changes as well. IM NOT LIABLE FOR THIS.

I would like my money back.
