My premium was lowered for my car and household content without any unnecessary questions and excuses. It was done so quickly, like in about a minute or two and everything was arranged. My premium was lowered with R134.81. That is what I call service. Thank you, Marcel! Thank you Jenna for your assistance with my updates on my policy as well, you were just as friendly and helpful as Marcel and thank you for transferring me to Marcel to lower my premium. Both of you are top call centre consultants!
