Complaint / review text:
I have been Capitec client since 2010. My salary goes to my capitec account and all my debit orders goes through on the same account. I have tried many times over (five times) to apply for a personal loan with my so called bank and was refused and turned away with no reason given.
I am now considering going back to my initial bank FNB to open an account and close capitec account. I was a gold card member when I left FNB hoping for better benefits & cheap charges. I'd rather go back get charged whatever for the service and know that when i go ask for help, my voice will be heard. Even though they have cheap charges but we are not treated well.
