Complaint / review text:
I lodged a complaint about buying airtime online which I did not receive. The call center said they lodged the complaint for me and would get someone to look into the problem. Up until now I have not even had a phone call from nedbank telling what is going on. What is the use of me banking with Nedbank if I do not get service from them. I am really considering changing my account to some bank which do what they promise to do. I bought the airtime - thinking that I will receive it immediately as I had to phone my dad who was very ill at that moment. Up until now I did not receive any airtime on my phone neither any feedback from Nedbank. Then they still tell you that it take up to 10 days for the query to be sorted. Why have INTERNET BANKING and all the PRIVILEGES that goes with if you do not get the service.
