Complaint / review text:
I was involved in a car accident and reported the incident to the police and my insurance company as I should. Dipuo took all my details and captured the claim. I told her my car is under warranty. She notified her panel beaters to call me and arrange for a damage assessment. When I got to the assessment centre I asked if they are BMW approved and they said no and I asked how are they quoting me then? They said they are not quoting me, they are just compiling a report of the damage.
On the 02 Sep I get a call from Dipuo that my claim has been rejected because its below my excess. I asked which quote because I was not told I am being quoted and the panel beater she sent me to is not BMW approved to quote or even fix my car? She doesn't give me a proper answer, she just says I need to fix the car myself and she sends me a rejection letter.
I escalated the matter (on e-mail) to her two managers and they have not provided me with feedback. I am now driving around with a damaged car but I have been paying my insurance premiums consistently every month for such a time as this and now no one wants to respond to my questions and concerns.
