How can Standard Banks system be so bad? I have logged the same complaint 4 times in 2 weeks with the bank and still has no one at Standard Bank assisted me. HOW CAN MY INTEREST RATE INCREASE OVERNIGHT FROM 15.2% TO 22.3%, should this not be discussed with me, I thought the interest rate only went up with 0.5 and later 0.25% Standard Bank is causing me so much frustration, their so called Customer 1st system is not working, their ATM tellers NEVER have the available notes one need. Is anyone available to help me at Standard Bank without telling me its the system that does things itself in error. I NEED MY MONEY BACK, I am inconvenienced and it is not acceptable. Get your systems right or should I rather take my business elsewhere?
