Complaint / review text:
I have 2 bank accounts with FNB. A smart account and a cheque account both interlinked. FNB transferred money from my smart account to my cheque account on 5 June 2014 in the amount of R608.65 which was full and final payment for a smart device. I receive a call from Blakes Attorney's informing me that I am in breach of contract due to my device's final payment being outstanding. I have requested help online via their support desk as well as within the branch with no response back - I would appreciate feedback from someone within 24hrs with assistance please.
