Refer to unlawful deduction on my FNB cheque account of R7350 on the 28 August 2014. I visited the branch and according to their legal department, Brooke & Luyt deducted the money. Brooke & Luyt says it is FNB. Both CALL CENTRE'S unprofessional, rude and uninformed.
Who gave Brooks and Luyt or FNB permission to deduct any money on my account? I want the proof on the consents given to deduct this from my account
I hereby request that the amount of R7350 that was unlawfully deducted from my account immediately be paid back.
I hereby request detailed statements reflecting last payment date at no avail or assistance, I also request that the contracts are also emailed through to me
If this matter is not sorted asap I will refer this matter to the NCR / Press or Ombudsman for further assistance.
