Absa Clients are just numbers

I've been at Absa bank since my father opened a savings account for me, 25 YEARS ago. I've got a personal cheque account, business cheque account and a Gold credit card. Standard Bank aided me with car finance for my first car, NOT ABSA (declined). My next car, again, no help from Absa, but MFC helped finance the car. My 3rd car, Absa offered finance, but at a higher interest rate than MFC. I'm an ABSA CLIENT!!! So again MFC helped. My late fathers estate was handled by Absa, WHAT RIP OFFS, no compassion, & once Absa's "executor fees" are paid, wait patiently, VERY PATIENTLY. My wife wanted to open up an Absa account, again, Absa doesnt want to help because she's not a citizen, she's on a spousal visa, FNB opened an account with NO PROBLEM. Now, the last straw is while applying for a home bond. ONE MONTH, with every week asking for different documents, and again declined. I have never defaulted on a payment. THANK YOU SA HOMELOANS for helping me with my bond. As for absa, i know i'll be banking with a different bank in the coming future
