FNB do not listen to their customers

Complaint / review text:
I contacted FNB for a second home loan and made it clear to them that I had no intention of selling my existing property and that I would be renting it out, and even sent them the signed lease agreement, yet after going backwards and forwards negotiating with them, they finally approved my home loan but stipulated under special conditions that my existing property must first be sold. I complained to the sales person in home loans about this, and then he said he wasn't aware that I wanted to keep my existing property and rent it out. How could he not be aware when I made it perfectly clear to him? I can't believe that FNB treats their loyal customers like this, and find it totally and utterly unacceptable.
