Complaint / review text:
I was originally approved for the full amount of the home loan. I did not "score decline" then.
The FLIPS was later paid into my home loan. This was not a condition of approval.
In consultation with yourselves, I fulfilled all the requests that your agents requested from me, in order to re advance the FLIPS payment. This included:
? Changing my bank account from FNB to Standard bank
? Changing the payment of my salary into the Standard Bank account
? Bond instalments to be debited from the new Standard Bank account.
At no point was it suggested that after complying, at much inconvenience to myself, that the re advance request would be denied.
I work for a large motor dealership that handles dozens of finance applications daily. We do understand how applications are scored.
My financial status has not changed since my original application, in fact it should have improved. I have had a salary increase, and am now a "home owner", since the original application was lodged.
Please may I have more detail as to the specific reason for the decline, and or the conditions to achieve an approval
