Disgusting treatment from Standard Bank Home Loans

I have had an Access Home Loan with Standard bank for the past 15 years - We recently began some home renovations and needed to draw from my available portion within the ACCESS bond. When applying I was surprised by the demand that I should first relocate my primary bank account to Standard Bank, or else they would not grant me Access to my home loan account. I however complied, and went through the major exercise of relocating Salary, Debit Orders etc, only now to be told, that they still would not grant me access to my ACCESS bond!!! Even the move of my Debit Orders was neglected, despite their promise that they would move these "without glitch!". I had to do a last minute transfer back to my Nedbank account last month in order to avoid these ALL bouncing. The bottom line, is that I originally chose Std Banks ACCESS bond 15 years ago, in the event that I should even need to the funds for a 'rainy day'- Only to be abused and mistreated throughout the process. I won't even go into how many times I have been asked to come into the branch; supply Salary Slips, Bank Statements, Complete their Applications... Someone please help!
